There's no specific number for how tall boys grow. My brother is gonna be 14 next month and he's stll growing. He's gonna be taller than my dad, who is 5'8". Alot of times its hereditary. Sometimes it also depends on what you eat. So, yeah there is no specific number, at a rate though, some may grow an inch or two a month. Some may be short then have a growth spurt, others grow at an average rate, or like I said it could be based on genetics.
Most likely you can grow up to 6 ft and 6 inches. Statistics are showing that newer generations of boys are starting to grow much taller then the previous generation due to schools providing healthy diets and physical education.
A general rule of thumb is that you'll be double the height you were when you were 3.
