If you're oxygen levels are normal, could you still have anemia?!

Question: If you're oxygen levels are normal, could you still have anemia?
That's pretty much it... I was in the hospital after a panic attack brought on by an asthma attack. I had normal oxygen levels by the time they let me go home. I thought anemia, since it can cause a lack of oxygen distribution, I wouldn't have normal oxygen levels... Granted, my symptoms have gotten much worse since two months ago (that's when I was at the hospital), but could I still have anemia? I get SEVERE dizzy spells where I fall over, smell this weird metal, everything goes black, my legs go stiff and my upper body shakes uncontrollably- they last about a minute. I'm always pale, I have shortness of breath, I bruise easily, I'm tired all the time but I have problems falling asleep. So yeah. Could I have it? I want some answers for this, I've talked to a pediatrician and they gave me nothing, I don't like living like this. :( I'm going to get a blood test monday, but just so I could rest easy...

Thanks! (:

It is possible you are anemic. Here are the symptoms:

Fatigue
Pale skin
A fast or irregular heartbeat
Shortness of breath
Chest pain
Dizziness
Cognitive problems
Cold hands and feet
Headache

Initially, anemia can be so mild it goes unnoticed. But signs and symptoms increase as anemia worsens.
