Why would I get sudden small red spots... I need advice, please?!

Question: Why would I get sudden small red spots... I need advice, please?
I was wearing socks, and tight high heel boots.
I know my feet were a bit sweaty in this, and I had really good cotton socks.
But when I opened my shoes and socks five hours later, I have red tiny small freckle spots ALL OVER my top feet area and around the surface of my ankles

Did this every happen to anyone? Is it cause for concern or a result of my feet not being able to breathe in those shoes?

well if you're certain they're not indentations from your socks, they may be a mild rash from being cooped up and sweaty. This would look like microscopic red spots that are not blotchy. This sounds like what you're describing. They're not a cause for concern, though I would put some gold bond on them to keep yourself from scratcing at them.

If the spots are raised, those are hives and are due to an allergic reaction - possibly due to a soap or fabric softener on the socks.

I think you're right. If the boots were tight, the skin will have reacted and rubbed with the moisture. It doesn't matter if the socks are cotton, if the shoes are not natural fibre/leather. They'll be fine...just treat 'em nicely now, with a good cleanse, soak and massage as a way to say sorry ;)
