Question: Do people see your legs shaking?

Whenever I give an oral presentation at school, my legs always shake and it feels like they're shaking really hard. I asked my friends if they noticed and they said no, but I don't know if they said that to make me feel better :/

Also, do your legs shake when you're about to fight? And I mean like a word fight not a fist fight :P

Is there a stool you can perch on during your presentation? Keeping your balance will keep your leg movements under control and less noticeable.
I am an ice dancer and I have to take a test for every dance I learn. I've learned the more you do something scary the easier it gets. Focus on calming your breathing right before you go in front of the class. If you can control your breath you can do anything!

Keep at it, speaking in pubic is a great skill to have.
