Head Pressure And Brain Fog Everyday?!
Question: Head Pressure And Brain Fog Everyday?
Answers:
Try drinking about a gallon of water today and see how it feels. You may be just dehydrated. Most people don't drink a lot of water in the winter b/c it is so cold they just don't get thirsty.
You might try a decongestant/allergy pill, too.
If you don't notice a difference by tomorrow, go see your doctor and get a good prescription for an allergy pill.
Used to get sharp pains behind my right ear and numbness on the right side of my face. Went to my doctor thinking "OMG! Brain tumor?" Turned out to be allergies. SUDAFED was a prescription drug back then. Worked wonders.
A sinus infection(Sinusitis) can cause this.I've had several sinus infection a they're not fun. Can cause fatigue, head aches, dizziness... I'm not a DR. So I would definitely go see one
