Here is my advices :
1. Change Your Diet Common food culprits are spicy foods and any foods with a high acid content, such as orange juice or pineapples. Avoid these types of foods to prevent irritating the stomach lining and triggering an increase of acid production.
2. Kick Old Habits Smoking is another irritant often responsible for stomach acid. Smokers should stop smoking to alleviate the problem.
3. Reduce Stress High stress levels trigger an increase in stomach acid and often lead to painful ulcers.
4. Medical Treatments a doctor may prescribe a drug known as an H2 Receptor Blocker that reduces stomach acid production, or in even more extreme cases, he may suggest a drug classified as a Proton Pump Inhibitors that will stop stomach acid production completely.
5. Natural Treatments like herbal teas ,eat foods that are high in alkaline levels
Possible suggestions of alkaline-forming fruits are apples, bananas and melons like watermelon and cantaloupe. Vegetables that may reduce the body's acid levels and excess stomach acid, as a result, are broccoli, carrots and mushrooms.

Ok it is called Stomach acid reflex!
What you need to do is avoid spicy food for a week
Do not drink carbonated drinks before bed time
avoide orange jice or citric fruits for a while
And if you have access to “tums" in Lebanon go buy TUMS from a pharmacy
or you can buy antacid! that will help teh heart burn!
Trying chewing on ginger root (can be found in some grocery stores) or a ginger supplement. Also just drink water and don't to eat anything acidic.
