My boobs have grown but i'm not sure if it's from him sucking on my boobs or from me drinking ALOT of milk....I use to drink alot of soda and no milk but now i'm drinking more milk then ever.

But no, no amount of sucking will increase their size. Neither will drinking milk. Your breasts are growing because you are maturing. It is nature.
