youre not fat, and dont starve yourself, you'll have more to deal with than you want, i hardly ate anything for a while and ended up with bronchitis real bad, starving will weaken your immune system, get some help for your problems instead, youre not even fat
You are NOT fat. You just have low self-confidence. If you want to loose it, go to www.mypyramid.gov put in your info, and get what you should eat and exercise each day. YOU ARE NOT FAT!!

No you are not fat at 110 and a size 1.
You may not be toned, but starving yourself isnt going to make you toned. Only exercise and weight training will make you toned. And when you are talking about weighing 95 pounds, none of that is healthy muscle, you are skin and bones.
Starvation will actually cause you to gain FAR more weight when you start eating again.
0 and 00 arent sizes.
How to fix your problem?
Diet - eat 6 small meals a day.... the longer you go without food, the lower your metabolism drops. Make your meals portioned and balanced. Small amts of lean meats, fresh fruits and veggies without tons of salts and sugars. Whole grains, not white processed, not even white wheat, WHOLE GRAINS. Make sure you get enough water, fiber, and protein. You should consume at least 1500 HEALTHY calories per day. With juice, becareful that you get no sugar added. A glass of skim or 1% milk a day will actually help you loose weight.
Exercise - start at least walking. Hand weights, dancing, situps, pushups, etc. At least 20 minutes 3 times a week. I like to take a walk every day.
I have lost 70 pounds simply from keeping track of my portions and walking at least once a day. And I havent even really altered the types of food I eat, simply making sure everything is in proper portions. I have bigger bones than you, I could never go as low as even 110 without looking anorexic. But i am 150 now and my aim is about 120-130.
Being someone who knows about BMI I decided to calculate your and it works out your height and weight ratio and yours came out at 18.9 which is normal weight but it is pretty close to under weight.
These are the BMI guidelines they class the weight:
?Underweight = <18.5
?Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
?Overweight = 25–29.9
?Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
So your not fat at all.

honey you ARE NOT fat at all!! I promise =]. As women get older our bodies change and we develop hips and that's to prepare us for giving birth. That could be why you don't fit into your 00. But I'm jealous because I totally skipped over that size lol. But trust me the last thing you need to do is go on a strict diet because that will ruin your metabolism and then as you get older gaining weight is inevitable. From the sound of it you have a good metabolism, so you want to keep it how it is. Eating healthy is always a good option just to stay healthy but you don't need to lose weight. Working out keeps your muscles and bones healthy but if you do work out, don't go insane about it and burn tons of calories a day, just do it to strengthen your body. =]. But as you get older...keep in mind (guys like the curves lol) Just stay healthy girl!! =]

hunny you are sooo tiny! And the BMI charts are very reliable and you arnt just in normal range but u are in the underweight range. being 110 is not fat EVER. ik right now it may seem like it but when you get older you will see that infact you were never fat. Most people would kill to have a body like yours people who actually are overweight cry about girls who look like you. and if you start dieting now you have a greater risk of having an eatibng disorder and gaining more weight as you get older. but you will always gain more weight as you get older your body is still changing we all want to have the bosy we had when we were sixteen. and being a 00 or 0 is unattractive to some men or women. please think about what you wrtoe and how foolish it seems get a grip! and if you truely believe you fat you may want to get help because it actually is a problem very commen these days. you are beautiful jjust the way you are. who cares how other ppl veiw you as long as your healthy which you are you should be happy.i really hope this helps but when you 20-25 you do not want your bosy to look like a sixteen yr old. also dont beileve what you read or see in the media its just brianwashing girls who are young and feel that they have to be skinny to be beautiful.. welll half of those girls are being airbrushed..so please do not think your fat and if you still do get help because deiting while ur body is growing can damge it. i hope this helps.. if you ever want to talk about your weight you can go into my profile and email me because i have been where you are right now im 21 and 110 and oly 5ft.also if you dont eat at all then your body actually gains weight look it up i really hopes this helps! goodluck finding out what really is beautiful
