What is the difference between Alpha Lipoic acid and Alpha Linolenic acid? Are t!
Question: What is the difference between Alpha Lipoic acid and Alpha Linolenic acid? Are they the same?
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA): 100-300 mg
Policosanol: 20-25 mg
Green Tea Flavanols-Decaffenated (EGCG): 325 mg
Garlic Extract: 200 mg
With the current diet and adding the above supplements I will stimulate increased fat loss over and above the normal fat decrease with my high protein low-carb diet. What are your suggestions?
Thank You
Mike

Alpha Lipoic Acid is a very powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenger. It also does have an effect of insulin levels as well.
Alpha Linolenic Acid is a fatty acid (found in oils) and close to omega 3.
Now, if you are trying to lose weight I would recommend a good antioxidant and free radical scavenger because a good formula would help you detox your body, and protect from damage in addition to aiding in fat loss. Try Defense Armour 24, which has high amount of B-Vitamins to convert and burn fat. It also has other ingredients to cleanse your body, protect from free radical damage in addition to neuro protective properties.
I also would recommend Fish Oil (your essential fatty acids) which are important if you will be on a high protein diet.
