Why do I keep getting dizzy all the time?!

Question: Why do I keep getting dizzy all the time?
Well, sometimes while I'm walking I'll get really dizzy and start tripping. Sometimes I have to hold on to something to steady myself. This also happens sometimes when I stand up after sitting. Last time at was at the doctor, they said I had high blood pressure. Could that be the problem? What can I do to fix this? I'm scared that I'll get dizzy while going down or up stairs at school and fall.

It's normal to get dizzy if you stand up too fast, especially if you are tall :)! Also, you can get dizzy if you don't eat enough or if you don't sleep enough. Have some sugar :).
Or take a cold shower ;) I would get dizzy and completely black out at times if I stayed in a hot shower too long :) x

Your'e Vertigo Is Messed Up. Don't Worry, It's Normal. Just Relax, Reduce Your Stress Intake, All That Stuff. Vertigo Is Like When The Fluid In Your Ears Gets Out Of Wack. Should Be Fine Before Too Long.
