How can i make my neck mole smaller?!

I have a mole on my neck and i dont want it totally gone , i just want it smaller like the sized of a little tiny mole or a freckle. Its not huge right now but its a little bigger than the capital O on the keyboard. i want it the size of the small o........ I dont want it gone because i know that people would notice me not having a mole at all, but they wouldnt notice it being a lot smaller.;.
Please help.!!!!
