Question: Is this guy likely to hurt himself if he keeps doing this?
This person is forcing air into his body from a large balloon. He claims he's got about seven gallons of it in in this video:

It doesn't seem like a very good idea to me. So, is this either fake or isn't he going to burst his stomach or something if he carries on?

Well if it is in fact real.. which I have my doubts about, then yes, he could very easily distend his stomach until it ripped. Or the sphincter between his stomach and small intestine fail and it rush into his intestines and tear them. But you know you kind kind of tell there is something 'not right' about this guy just from looking at him. No one who was mentally sound would do something like this.
It's has to be fake, lungs cannot hold that much without bursting.
