Why do I feel so dizzy?!
Question: Why do I feel so dizzy?
I'm a 16-year-old female, 5'3'' and 125 lbs and an active person. I run everyday. I do not eat breakfast because it makes me sick. I eat a light lunch, then dinner. I have celiac disease, so I cannot eat wheat. For the past few weeks, I've had horrible headaches during the day, and often feel so dizzy I think I'm going to pass out. I cannot stand up quickly or my vision completely blacks out And I have to find support or I fall over. Even when I lie down and shut my eyes I can feel the room spin.

Iron anemia is a possible cause.
Under eating (if relevant) or dehydration (if relevant) are other possible causes.

See a doctor. Dizzy spells that make you close to passing out are nothing to fool around with. Don't drive yourself though. Have someone drive you in case you have a dizzy spell while driving.
