does anyone know whats wrong with me?!

Question: Does anyone know whats wrong with me?
Yesterday around 3 pm, I started to feel a little tired. Long story short I was woken up at 5:30 am and couldn't go back to sleep and I went to work at 9 am. I worked from 9 am to 1pm, and then waited for my mom and sister to get into town because they were visiting me for the weekend. They got here around 3 and I started showing them around and I grew progressively tired throughout the evening. By the time we got home I was exhausted. I threw up my dinner around 8 pm and had to sleep on the couch with my sister cause I let my mom sleep in my bed. At this point in the evening I could barely get up to get a glass of water. Needless to say I slept horribly on the couch, and when I woke up the next morning I was much worse. Everytime I stood up I felt like the walls were closing in on me and I started to blackout on the corners of my vision. My entire body ached. My heart hurt. My kidneys hurt. I was nauseous. I could barely breathe. It only went away when I laid down. I took about a 45 minute nap before I went to a movie and was able to go with my mom and sister with not too much trouble, though walking up stairs was pretty difficult.
The symptoms I have currently are fatigue and a headache and body aches. I have a pretty busy schedule, with class from 9:30 am and work after class until 7 pm every day of the week. Sometimes I forget to eat but I always manage to get something in during the day. I know I've been running myself down, but does anyone know what this sounds like? Or could be? I've had this happen before and it was the same exact symptoms, so I'm not sure if it was the flu or anything. I haven't had any sort of sore throat or drainage.
Any and all answers are appreciated! Thank you.

Sounds like some kind of infection. Could be sinus problems. Best to see a doctor ALWAYS make sure when it's your health.
