ok my skin feels like its on fire its been 3 days its all red and raw but she says she doesn't think i need to go to the ER we live in canada so its not medical bills shes worried about

Tell her that you need to go to the emergency room IMMEDIATELY!. It sounds like you could be having a possible allergic reaction to something and chest pains should always be taken very seriously!. You NEED to go!. If she still is refusing to take you, seriously call 911!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
