New Sleeping Schedule?!


Question: New Sleeping Schedule!?
Sleeping from 6 P!.M to 6 A!.M and awake from 6 A!.M to 6 P!.M

Basically 12hrs of sleep and 12hrs awake!. Sleep when sun goes down and wake when sun rises!.

I think that would be a cool idea, but sometimes its a little too much!. Maybe you should go on a routine of 12 hours then 8!. Something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
