What's wrong with my sleeping habbits?!


Question: What's wrong with my sleeping habbits!?
I'm tired all the time but when i get into bed, I can't sleep!. I usually get a good 7-9 hours of sleep, 6 on a bad night!. Then when I wake up, i ache in multiple places, feel nauseous, and mostly have a headache!. I usually feel better, but am still tired, by the time i get to school, but waking up like that every morning isn't very entertaining!. I even wake like that on weekends and sleeping longer doesn't help!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you go to bed right after watching TV or being on the computer!? That's going to keep your brain active for a while!. Try relaxing an hour before bed, either reading, talking to someone, or take a bath!.

As for the aches, maybe you should get a new pillow or mattress!. I had back aches daily until I bought myself a new pillow (you can get them for like $5)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with Shady!. You do need some sort of sleep aid in order to get a good night's sleep!. Some people just need more sleep than others to feel rested and you are one of those people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might be sleeping in an awkward position and therefore causing your body to cramp up!. Maybe try sleeping in different positions (side, stomach, etc!.) or even try a different pillow!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a multivitamin every morning with a lot of B vitamins!Www@Answer-Health@Com
