Question: What did yuu eat all day!?
I am doing a project for school and i need to know what a bunch of people ate in 1 day!.
I need people of all ages and types!.
Please tell me:
-Your age
-Your sex
-Everything you ate yesterday (or another day if yesterday was an unusual day for you) (all meals and snacks), including drinks (besides water)
-Any activities you do, if you do any
-Your guess on how many calories you generally eat each day

Yesterday meals: Breakfast-Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich and chocolate milk, Kellogg cherry gummy snacks!. Lunch- Pasta with veggies, oatmeal cookie!. Late afternoon- Goldfish crackers, sonic hamburger, onion rings, cherry lime made!. (I ate very unhealthy yesterday!.)
Activities: I walk twice a day, for 15 mins those two times!. (Break at work!.)
Calories: I dont count calories, i feel i am at a healty weight i am not fat!.
Diet: I normally watch portion control and drink 9 glasses of water a day to keep a healty weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
