Ears ringing after concert?!
Question: Ears ringing after concert!?
Hey so on Tuesday I went to go see ACDC and my ears are still ringing since then!. My dad said his stopped last night!. When I asked my brother he said its probably psychological and just in my mind (smartie eh!?)!. Do you think it is and how long until it goes away!?
Cause I'm TNT! lol

It's definitely not psychological!. It will probably go away on its own - I've heard of people's ears ringing for a week after a loud concert sometimes!. But it doesn't always go away either (I have a friend who has permanent tinnitus from a loud concert) so you really should wear earplugs at a really loud concert - after all, if it doesn't go away you'll likely have it for the rest of your life!. Don't panic though, it probably will go away and if it doesn't go away I can tell you from experience (I have tinnitus myself) that you *do* get use to it once you accept that it's not going anywhere!. It was bothersome to me at first but I can tell you that now I rarely notice it at all!. Your mind has a tendency to block out sounds that it deems unimportant after all (think of the fridge humming in the background - you don't normally notice that although it's there all the time)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
a few more days- btw, you're doing HUGE amounts of damage to your eardrums by seeing these rock and roll bands live!. The decibels experienced there are equal to hearing a jumbo jet taxi down the runway at an airport!.
Once you damage your eardrums, they never regenerate- hearing loss is permenant!. If you do want to rock out and watch Angus wail on his SG, please wear earplugs!. You'll thank yourself when you one day turn 40 years old!. What!? Huh!? Say again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
