Your internal clock is messed up!. Try to turn the radio on and turn lots of lights on around the time you tend to get tired!. Then about an hour before you go to sleep chaange the music to soft, low music!. Turn down the lights, maybe have a cup of tea to calm you down!. This would be a good time to read a book, or maybe burn a candle!. Try to relax!. Good Luck! Oh, and a warm bath may be good to relax you and anything lavender scented will help you sleep!. So may a lavender pillow spray will help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're sleep schedule is just really messed up!. It's either that or you aren't doing the right stuff before sleep!.

I know I sound like a mother, but that's what I know!. These are things you should do!.
a) read (believe me it helps)
b) listen to soothing music (I don't use it much)
You may be going through some insomnia, but I don't recommend sleep aids though!.
