If I smoke one cigarette a day, how long will it take to be addicted to nicotine!

Question: If I smoke one cigarette a day, how long will it take to be addicted to nicotine!?
Answers:
It depends I started that way and ended up smoking three packages a week!!! I was able to stop myself one day when I woke up and was asphyxiated 'cause of the smoke some people can't do that!. Try not to figure out how long will it take, that's like saying you will continue until you feel addicted!. If you have to smoke set yourself a limit!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its really all up to you!. try not to smoke period, i am not addicted but i have been smoking a cig or two with my friends at night when we are studying or something and its adding up i almost bought a pack but controlled myself!.
i guess try not to have the cigarette at the same time every day because your mind will be just waiting for that time everyday!. just spread it out and if skip a day or two every now and then so you dont get to the point where you have to have one everyday Www@Answer-Health@Com

It'll vary person to person!. some people are genetically predisposed to addiction!. smoking one a day might end up becoming a habit for you, in which case you're addicted!. or you might find your smoking habits accelerating!. that's what happened to me anyway!. best idea is don't start, or if you have started, stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every person gets addicted at a different rate!. For me, I used to smoke 2-3 cigs a day with my friends and then i'd stop for a few days and not smoke and then start again!. So if you're only have one a day I don't think you will be getting addicted anytime soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you already are addicted!.!.!.!.
