How much sleep is normal?!
Question: How much sleep is normal!?
The only way I feel completely 100% refreshed when I wake up is if I've had around 12-14 hours of sleep!. Is this at all abnormal!? Or do different people generally need different amounts of sleep!? And is that much sleep harmful in any way, like too little sleep can be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course, people need differen't hours of sleep!. It is based on the following variables!.!.!.!. how much you exercise, how old you are, and how stressed you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well people say that 7-8 hours is all a person needs!. I dont think thats abnormal, but i've heard that too much sleep can cause problems!. I cant think of it off the top of my head, and my comp!. is acting up, so i cant look it up for you!. sorry, i know i wasn't much help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
