Can clocks effect the quality of sleep?!
Question: Can clocks effect the quality of sleep!?
I tend to notice that when I have a clock or watch in my room I struggle to get to sleep and if I do get to sleep, I tend to find I wake up feeling as though I hardly have!.
Anyone else found the same thing or even better, does anyone have proof that clocks can effect the quality of sleep!?

Yes! All clocks are evil, and they plan to take over the world by making us all that tired we can't defend ourselves! You should burn your clock as soon as possible grant, and then you won't feel tired every time you attend school!
