Sleepiness Problem! What to do?!
Question: Sleepiness Problem! What to do!?
I have been sleeping for more than 10 hours a night when I can (weekends) and when I wake up in the morning I feel like I could sleep even longer!. I'm in college, and on some days I just have one class in the morning around 8am, I'll get about 7 hours of sleep, go to that class, then go home and sleep for 4 more hours!. Why is that!? I've been told that I could be a bear hibernating :) I do dream a lot too, because I remember from my psychology class that the stage of sleep you need I think is when you dream, and I always have crazy dreams!. So, what is my problem!? How do I fix it so that I want to wake up in the morning and get stuff done!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
