Question: Why do you feed a cold!?
My mom said "starve a fever, feed a cold"
She said it had something to do with the fact that when you have a cold, your metabolic rate goes up and something else haha!.!.i can't remember cause I have an awful cold right now!.
Can someone explain this to me!? Cause I've aten a lot today!.!.probably around 1400 calories already and its only 4pm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure why this is, but my grandparents swore by the theory that it would increase your basic vitamin & mineral supply, so your bod has a 'resource store' to draw from when battling the bug!.
