It sounds to my like you're constipated!. Your best bet is to put something warm on, take some Pepto-Bismol, and go hit the toilet until it comes out!.
Another case might just be that you got too cold and your interior has filled up with gas!. To solve this, do what i said in the first paragraph, and drink some tea with mint in it (Works like magic!)

you need to go see your doctor!. this not something to mess around with!. it might be nothing but it could be something serious!. i have the same symptoms and i have to take two different meds for it every day other wise i get very sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
