I used to have the same problem, and I know exactly what it's like!. It manifests as gut-wrenching illnesses right!? Stress, worry, trepidation, like you work yourself up so much that your body just gives out!?

It's easy to let this overwhelm you, and I ended up missing a very large period of my school years because I did, something which I have always regretted!. But you know what!? Toward the very end, I decided I wasn't going to give in anymore, and I forced myself to start facing it!.

When I did that, I was able to conqour it!. Confidence is the key, this is a psychosomatic problem, meaning it is a physical ailment that manifests as a result of a psychological problem!. That doesn't mean it is not real, the illness is quite real, it just means that it is caused by a state if mind, rather than an infection or something!.

It may not seem like it now, but you can defeat this simply by changing the way you think!. And as soon as you do, you will be amazed by how easy it is to overcome!. And if you're anything like me, I'm guessing you haven't quite commited yourself yet to actually fighting it, have you!? It's okay if not, that's the whole nature of anxiety!.

But when you do, you will see that you can beat it, and all you have to do is find something to believe in, something to give you the mental strength that will outweigh whatever fear or concern is plaguing you every morning!. Have you any dreams!? Any goals!? Things you would some day like to do or be!? Let that give you the strength you need!.

Make your plans for the future, decide who you want to be someday and what you dream to accomplish, no matter how far-fetched, and then ask yourself if that person would let their anxiety hold them back!? Fight to make that dream real, assert yourself and make the decision, the moment you do, the anxiety will begin to retreat!.

You will still feel it, probably for years to come it will creep its way back in, sometimes completely knocking you on your ***!. But once you have beaten it once, you can beat it any time you need to!. But you need to actually make that decision, and that's not always an easy thing to do!.

Find your dream, find something that is bigger and more important than whatever awaits you at school, and keep that in your heart always!. The flutters of anxiety will always be there in your stomach when you get up to face it, but you WILL be able to face it!. Truly believing that is the best way to beat this problem!.

Best of luck to you!. :) And please, don't let this hold you back to the point of missing the best, most educational years of your life!. Your future self will hate you for it!. :P

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.
