There are hookah bars, yes!. Hookah's are designed to smoke flavored tobacco!.!.!.the normal laws apply to that, 18 and up!. However, you can buy a hookah at any head shop and smoke whatever you want out of it!.!.!. Again, in order to go into a head shop you gotta be 18!. 21 in some states!.
