i recently went to guatemela over the summer about a month ago, my stomach started hurting all the time!.!.!.sometimes a sharp pain, other times just a little discomfort!.!.!.could this be a parasite!? at first i thought they were cramps but i started getting them all the time!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
