Question: Is this just a bug, or stomach flu what do you think!?

Im real shaky, my stomach hurts and its growling like I am hungry, but I ate, it felt this way before I ate, I feel drained and really tired!. I really don't have time to go to the dr!. so I thought if I knew what could be wrong I could fix it on my own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
