Dancer's Inner Hip Popping?!
Question: Dancer's Inner Hip Popping!?
Usually after I wake up and before I go to bed I could essentially push my knees down to the floor while lying down and my inner hip (between the inner thigh and testis area--excuse my bluntness) pop!. It became habit like cracking my knuckles!. However, recently I've been able to do it more often!. If I stand parallel, then turn out one knee and thrust my pelvis forward I can get it to pop!. It's like I just keep pushing until finally it gives!. Is this normal!? I have to do it usually because if I don't it will limit my range of motion!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Same thing with me in my thigh as well as with my back!. I am a gymnast and cant even do a backwalkover without popping two places in my back!. I dont really understand it!. Im sorry I dont have an answer for you!. It does become a habit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
