Why am I SOOOO dizzy?!
Question: Why am I SOOOO dizzy!?
I don't have a bed!. I'm laying on my mattress on the floor with my laptop!. I can barely lift me head up without getting dizzy & falling BACK down, & feeling like everything around me is spinning clockwise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be many causes!. 1!.) dehydration, check your urine, if its darker, then your dehydrated!. 2!.) Lack of food consumption!. 3!.) Lack of sleep!. 4!.)Too much alcohol!. 5!.) start of an illness, have any other symptoms!?

if you havent eaten in a while, maybe try drinking some juice or eating anything with sugar in it!. if your bloodsugar gets low, that can cause you to feel dizzy!.
if you dont feel better in the morning, you should definitely go to a doctor!. i know no one likes hearing that, but you really should!.

i am diabetic, so this happens to me a lot!. but i'm sure the same thing would happen to people who dont have diabetes if their bloodsugar level gets low from not eating regularly!.
