Question: Ways to stay up later!?
I've got a bunch of things to do tomorrow (and probably shouldn't be wasting time on Yahoo!.!.) and I'm getting really tired, worried I'll fall asleep!.I've given up drinking sodas & coffee!. Any ideas for staying awake just a while longer, and being healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest eating a fruit!.!.!. any fruit!. Apple, banana, orange!. These are made up of a more complex energy chain, so it releases energy more slowly as it takes a lot longer to break down!.

Play some music, light exercise (pushups, jumping jacks, crunches), coffee, or just go to bed early and then wake up early!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
