I gave up smoking three days ago?!
Question: I gave up smoking three days ago!?
And I feel worse now than I ever did when I smoked!. I have a really sore throat and am coughing more than I ever did!. I'm using the patches so I don't feel to irritable etc but physically I feel rough! Why is this!? Is it normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is me and my dad stopped together last yr we have been sniffy and cough cough cough ever since but it dos get easy!.We used the inhalers we did it in 2 weeks and never looked bk and hey my dads 84 yrs old he'd smoked 70 yrs !.I'm so chuffed of him doing so!.
