nobody much will understand you can't help it, if they haven't been there!.i did it regular till i as nineteen yrs old!.there is very little sympathy!.you will out grow it ,but it might be yrs yet!.they have medications for it now that are somewhat effective!.it's probably inherited ,out of 5 kids ,me and 2 other siblings had the problem!.as far as your temper goes ,it could be many factors and bed wetting could be a factor especially if you get no sympathy ,you might invest in adult diapers to save your bedding ,chin up ,don't kick yourself for what is out of your control !.i think the latest consensus is sleeping so deep that the bladder relaxes its grip!. i don't believe any therapy or counseling will work it is something you will outgrow with time!.!.!.tomWww@Answer-Health@Com

i don't know how you can teach your bladder to wake you up, however, if you avoid fluids for a while before you sleep, and pee before you go to bed, it should lessen the occurrence!.

Oh, and when you do pee!. try stopping mid-stream!. do that a few times each time you pee!. this should strengthen your muscles there, and make it easier for your body to naturally hold off when you need to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you should go before going to bed, that's one thing!.
And another thing is that you know in a crab, when you open it, there would be these kinda white furry (not really) things on the left and right of the crab!. They would be there when you first open the crab up!. A lot of people said that if you >>eat<< that, it would help!. You're not gonna die!. I tried it before!. If that doesn't help, go to another doctor for help!.
Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think what you need to do is go to the toilet just before you go to bed each night, even if you feel you don't need to!. I think that helps I'm not sure!. I think it gives the body the message of "No pissing during the night" and then I think you'll stop!. Not sure though!. But it's worth a try, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi don't worry a lot of kids go thought this is normal maybe you are stress out or just have problems but don't notice just o to the bathroom before going to bed and don tn drink anything pass 7 it will help you and if it doent work go see a syquiatrise help maybe is mental hope you get better and ddintwet the bed tonight think you are strong am 15 too dont don'ty,Www@Answer-Health@Com

first i am going to point out the obvious!.!.go before bed!
A thing called lucid dream might help you in this situation!.
Lucid dreaming is when your body is asleep but your mind is conscious, so during your sleep you will feel a little tingle your conscious mind would tell your body to wake the F$#% up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get GoodNites, seriously!. I know they have them in bigger sizes since they're for older children so you could probably find some to fit!. You'll more than likely get over it eventually, my brother wet the bed until he was about 13 so it's not THAT uncommon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first and foremost!.!. i never want to hear the sentence "it strangled my testicles to the point of no return" ever again!.

but to cut to the chase here!. talk to a therapist about your problem!. It may be in your head too, or heavy sleeping!. No liquids and make yourself pee before bed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just don't drink anything 2 hours before going to bed!. Use the restroom before you go to bed and set your alarm for like 3AM so you use the restroom in the middle of the night and that should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not drink any fluids for a few hours before you go to bed!. Try to pee as much as you can before you go to bed!. It might just be that you have a very small bladder!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

That used to happen to me, but im a girl and i was 8!.!.!.!.!.!.i started to go to the bathroom ALL the time before bed!.!. try that !? i would even have dreams where i know i neeeeeeded to go, i would slap myself in my dream - still didnt work though LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lol im 15 and a girl talk about embarrassijg! but i have no right to judge i guess

When you sleep fold a towel under your legs/crotch about 3 or 4 folds, and that should soak it up

And last time you pee during the day, Forcefully pee, hopefully you will get the last of it out

And i dont know if there are pelvic exercises for guys, but during the day, pracrise the 'holding on' motion, like clenching, and that should stregthen the 'pee muscles'

And at night when you wake up and you dont feel like going, just go on the towel!.

Hope it gets better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
