Question: What is a natural and safe way to shringe out your ears withou a dr!. doing it!?
I have never had my ears shringed out and I know it is good to do it occassionally!. I don't want to trust peroxide, but is there other alternatives!? Or any good web sites to go to!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is debrox which is an over the counter carbide peroxide formulated for ears!. That is what my doc told me to use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try using ear candles!.It is a long wax covered paper tube that goes into your ear then you light it on fire ( don't worry you wont catch on fire if you read the directions) The smoke travels down the tube into you ear canal creating a vortex and all the yuck is sucked up into the tube!. I work at a Dr office and we sell tons of ear candles!Www@Answer-Health@Com
