If my non-cold you mean straight from the tap or room temperature!.!.!.that is best!.!.!.!.it is better for your digestive tract!.
The purpose of water is not to burn calories but to provide you with hydration since we are made up of about 70% water!. The blood needs water to flow properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no however if the water had something in it possibly from piping or from a facility if the water is warmer it will absorb more of the material!. So i guess if you really care about those miniscule particles that really are of no importance then yes cold water is better for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on the source!. If you mean from the tap, go with cold, as you get less dissolved minerals than you would with warm and/or hot water from the tap!Www@Answer-Health@Com
