Wow, I am in the exact same situation!. My girlfriend has had 4 heart surgeries, cancer the year we were together!. I lived with her for 4 years and took care of her like crazy!. In the end we decided that I move out and we just be friends so we can have our lives because I spent all of my time taking care of her and not myself!. Your health declines because you spend all your energy on him!. The best thing was when I moved out and got my own place, and we are still together, and I still come over to help her, but I have my own space to relax and have my own time!. I have also saved my girlfriends life many times, she's even passed out on me!.

The sad part is her family never appreciated what I did for her, but we get along great after that!.

It was very hard for me to be with someone that is disabled, and my Dad, who was disabled congratulated me for being with her for 4 years, because being with a disabled person is really hard, because they demand so much help from you!.

Feel free to email me, I am going under the same situation!. My girlfriend was also healthy when we first got together, and 3 months into dating she got cancer, and blew me by surprise since she was only 38!. She told me to leave, but I said no!.

The way I cope with all the stress, with loving a disabled person is music!. That is something that takes hardly any energy to enjoy, and I listen to it everyday because it makes me a calm and collect person after listening to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

spencers sells dildo's and if that dont help which it 98% will then help him through it! make sure he knows your there for him because you could really ruin or end his life just by breaking it off!.!. if you love him stick with it if you dnt love him leave get him someone 2 talk 2Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should both see a therapist!. I hope you are happy together for a very long time:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, congratulations to you for sticking it out and being caring and loving!. A lot of people would just cut and run because it is the easiest path!.

I suffer from Psoriatic Spondylitis so I can somewhat relate to your partner and his pain!. It does sound like he has just been diagnosed!? If so, that means that for this type of disease it is trial and error as to what anti-inflammatory will work the best for him!. All of the NSAIDS are chemically similar but because everybody is different one med will work much better than another!. Once he has his pain under better control he should be a lot easier to live with!. There will be good bad, bad days and even worse days but worth sticking it out with him, I am sure he appreciates it!. I also would think that your partner is probably dealing with the "why me" and will come to terms with that eventually when he sees that there can be good days!.

Be there for him and you will be able to work out the social life and sexual relations problems!. Methotrexate isn't the end all and be all, in fact I had a bad reaction to it and can't take it!. If his condition is really bad then there is the anti-biologicals but they come with a hugh costs and possibly some large side effects!. ie!. Enbrel

Good luck to you and your partnerWww@Answer-Health@Com
