Xanax pills are benzodiazepines (sedatives) and are used as an anti-anxiety medication for many people!. If you are prescribed Xanax by a doctor and take them for a very short duration as prescribed without taking anything else with them you should be fine!. Do not take them unless they are prescribed by a doctor!. They can kill you!. Taken for long periods of time they can lead to physiological dependence (meaning you start to get physically sick and have panic attacks when you don't have them)!. If you become physically dependent on them at a high enough dose and try to stop cold turkey, you can die!. If you take Xanax with most opiate medications (Percocet, Methadone, Heroin, etc!.) you could die!. If you take too many at once you can overdose and die!. Xanax is in the same drug class as Valium and Klonopin!. Xanax is a commonly abused drug that is becoming easier to get!. Most people don't see it as a problem because it is a prescription medication which they believe makes it safer than many street drugs!. Unfortunately, these people don't' realize that Xanax can have a negative reaction with many other common prescriptions which may be potentially lethal!. I know it has a variety of benefits if taken correctly, but I've seen the ugly side of Xanax too!. If you have any more questions please email me!.
