my feet burn at night so ill get them wet with cold water but as soon as i leave there hot again ive tried ice packs bet the second my foot moves off it it burns! please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have dry skin!? If you do it can make your feet feel burny or even itchy!.!.I would try to use a nice soothing lotion or foot soak before bed and then put socks on right away!.!.For really bad dry skin you can also use vaseline on your feet and saran wrap them for about an hour!.!.The results are amazing!Www@Answer-Health@Com
This happens to me and lately it has been almost every night!. I've been going out for sushi alot lately and there is so much salt in sushi because of the soy sauce and everything so I think it has to do with salt!. Try to eat less salt and drink more water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This could possibly be the beginning stages of periphal neuropathy which is NOT GOOD!. Some people get pins and needles and others get a burning sensation!. See your doctor about some blood tests!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
