Your bread mold is probably from the Rhizopus genus!. While there are some molds from this genus that cause [rare!] infections in humans, they aren't the same species as the ones growing on your bread!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its not going to hurt you!.!.!.!. just a bit unpleasant to look at!. Saving bread that long can also give your bread a yeasty taste!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
