URGENT question left ear feels a bit strange?!

Like u said mayb it just needs cleaning!.!. but there are quite a few comon ear conditions!. from what ive read so far from your question it just sounds like you have an Ear Canal Blockage, For the blockage to occur in the ear canal is due to a build-up of excess wax!.
