I haven't had one in awhile so I forgot!. This is my second day and my wedding is Saturday (5 days) and my entire family is sick!. Is there something I can take to help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yep!.

Take echinacea!. (I think that's how you spell it) It gets rid of all the "baddies" in your throat!.

Also, eat loads of oranges, and vitamin C things, it helps repel colds!. I suggest keeping away from them a bit, like when they sneeze or something!.
Don't swim or get cold either!.

Also, if you get a cold, it probably lasts about 5 days, if it's an average cold!. If it's bad, it can last up till 2 weeks, as I have experienced!.

So, stay healthy, have lot's of vitamin C, and be careful!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should be over the cold virus in time for your wedding but you will still be feeling the effects of it so build up your energy levels now and do what you can to give your immune system a boost!. A small piece of chocolate, as small as a chocolate button even, actually does boost your immune system for around twenty minutes!.!.a large piece has the same effect for the same time period more or less, so stick with the small one every hour or so, chicken broth or noodle soup is easy on the stomach and if it is freshly made also boosts your immune system!.!.and something I have found works on everyone in my own family is a bowl of freshly made chilli!.!.when they begin to feel hungry and able to stomach it of course, but if it is made with garlic and honey to off-set the heat, it can have an astonishing effect on the common cold!. I realise that this sounds odd and has never been tested, but it does work!. If you do not eat garlic then save the honey for some fruit teas, which can also hurry your recovery!. And have a wonderful wedding day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am soo sorry, but a normal cold will take at least 2 weeks to run its course! consider going to your dr!. to see if there is anytype of antiboitic to help you recover more quickly!

Good luck!
and congratulations!Www@Answer-Health@Com
