It could damage your liver but I doubt that it would unless the person continues to take that many pills all the time!.NO ONE should take 10 Panadols at one time, you could overdose and never wake up!. The liver would never heal, most organs heal with time but the liver doesn't and without a liver you don't live long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
