Blackout in eyes?!

Question: Blackout in eyes!?

So sometime when i am just doing normal things my vison blacks out for like a second and i feel dizzy!. Then i am totally normal again!. I get it like once a day!.

being too thin, not having enough exercise!. Or, being dehydrated lowers your blood volume (amount) which can cause it!. Eyes are very sensitive to pressure (blood pressure & intraocular pressure) which change when you stand, or lie down, or turn your head to far (pinches the carotid artery)!. It's normal, drink more fluids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get this alot when i get up to fast!. it because all of the blood is rushing to your head ah it sucks huhWww@Answer-Health@Com
