Answers:
Since you have already used the inhaler it must have started to have effect and loosening the mucus!. It will ease out the congestion!. The inhaler acts faster as it directly reaches the lungs!. Anyways to feel more comfortable, lie down straight, have couple of pillows to rest your head ( the idea is to keep your head elevated than the rest of your body)!. This will surely give you relief and sleep!.
Have a nice sleep!
And all the best for the interview!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello!

You may be surprised to learn that many ailments (such as asthma, back pain, sciatica and neck pain !.!.!. for example) can be a direct result of the foods that you eat!.

If this sounds new to you, it might sound a bit crazy; however, I just learned of one woman who completely cured herself from asthma simply by eliminating all dairy products from her diet and ran her very first 5K!.

I saw your question and just thought I'd share a few thoughts !.!.!. hope that helped!

Yours truly,
Charlie

All the mucous in your lungs settles out an coats your lungs when you lie down!. So, put lots of pillows behind your head/upper back, and let gravity force all the mucous to the bottom of your lungs, and you might be able to breathe easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to prepare in advance for such things!. You should have taken the medication and inhaler 2 hours earlier than your normal bedtime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
