Question: WHY I GO THROUGH DEPRESSION (is this serious)!?
SOMETIMES I GO THROUGH DEPRESSION IT LAST A WEEK OR TWO BUT I DONT KNOW WHY I HAVE HAD THOUGHTS ABOUT KILLING MY SELF AND TRIED TO DO IT TWICE BEFORE BUT NO RECENTLY , IM DEPRESSED NOW BUT I DONT KNOW WHY AND WHO TO GO TO , I TEND TO CRY AND FEEL LOW IN SELF-ESTEEM CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASe !!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depression is very serious!. I'm sorry to hear you feel this way!. I do understand!. I've dealt with depression for a long time!. Same thoughts amoung other things!. Killing yourself is never the answer!. Not only is it the easy way out, but its horrible on the people that DO care about and love you!. You think its all ok once you're dead, because there's no more pain for you!. What about the people you love that love you back!. They have to deal with that until they die!. It also makes them feel bad because a lot of people blame themselves when someone close to them commits suicide!. They think they should have seen the signs, or stopped them!. I don't care who you are, you can not realize what goes on in some people's minds!. the pain, confusion, anger, etc!. Also if they really want to die, you can't stop them!.
All I can really say is to please talk to someone about how you feel!. A doctor, a friend, a stranger even, but tell someone!. There are also groups and such that you can join!. There are hotline's when you're feeling suicidal!. Also supportive chat rooms!. You can find a lot on here!. So please do seek help and I hope you start to get better,Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to a theoropist!. do happy things, go out with friends, go to the movies, keep your mind occupied!. you have a lot to live for and look foreward to!. this is serious!. go get counceling, there's nothing wrong with it and it'll keep you from feeling like this in the future!. things are bad but they will get better!. it might be stormy now but it can't rain foreverWww@Answer-Health@Com

It could be serious, but you should just spend time friends/family or find something to keep your mind onWww@Answer-Health@Com
