Obesity Problem!!!???!
Question: Obesity Problem!!!!?!?!?
My name is Sabrina: I wieght 115 pounds!. I am 4 feet and 8 inches!. I am 11 years old!. And I was born on Semptember 8th, 1996!.
Since I will be loosing pounds until I am 96 pounds (That's what it says on my BMI)
I want to know what:
Breakfeasts
Snacks
Lunches
Dinners
or even a little sweet stuff
that I am allowed to have!.
Also I want to know what sports i can join and exricises I can do!.
And see how long I do these exricizes!.

Hi Sabrina!. BMIs aren't always accurate!. Do you have a lot of muscle or is it mostly flab!? Regardless, it's important that you eat healthy and exercise (regardless of if you're overweight or not)!. Good for you for trying to educate yourself!.
Here's a list of good for you foods:
Fruits (stay away from canned if you can)
Veggies
Lean Meats (grilled chicken, 93 % lean hamburg/ watch out for fried or battered chicken, lots of calories)
Whole Wheats (pasta, brown rice, bread, cereal!. Always opt for brown over white :P )
Fish (very good for you but stay away from fried)
100 calorie snacks
Popcorn, Pretzels, Kashi granola bars, oatmeal
Lots of Water!
Exercise: outside: tennis, running, roller blading, just get out there and move!
Exercise tapes: Tae Bo, MTV fitness, etc!.
