Bones continue to grow till our 20s and 30s, after which they continually erode and are replaced by fresh bone tissue!.
If we don't exercise or have a poor diet then our bones become weak and brittle!. So get moderate exercise, eat calcium-rich foods like yogurt or tofu, and get around 20 minutes of sunshine for Vitamin D!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
