My head feels a bit foggy after sleeping for too long... what can I do to reliev!
Question: My head feels a bit foggy after sleeping for too long!.!.!. what can I do to relieve this!?
I've tried drinking some coffee, despite the fact that I hate the stuff, but the caffeine has done nothing!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a glass of ICE cold water!. I guarantee that will wake you up faster than a cup of joe!. I drink the ice water first, then later get some java!.!.!.!. but only because I like the taste!. Caffeine has no effect on me!. I could even drink it just before bed and still sleep like a baby!.

Do something to get your heart rate up (cardio) for 15-20 min!., then take a as-cold-as-you-can-stand shower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
